Commercial Terms: Up-front commission 0.4 to 0.8 percent of facility size. Trail commission 10 to 20 bps pa on revolving facilities. Structuring bonus on programmatic vendor finance and capital partner deals. No exclusivity — brokers retain full client relationship ownership.
